Default Searching Ref Guide Crashes PT 10.3.3
Anyone else seeing this?

With PT 10.3.3 open on a MacBook Pro running OS 10.7.5, searching the reference guide crashes PT.

Hi,

It uses preview to view the reference guide.

Go to system/library/preferences and search for the preview prefs and trash them.

See if that works!

Just as a note there have been two complaints on the windows side of things about the PT crashing on 10.3.3 when opening the guide. I've verified that its not happening on my system with Win7 and 10.3.3. I realize this is a Mac thread. I'm just chiming to say I'm looking to see if there a pattern developing that needs to be noted.

No problem opening and searching the reference guide on my system.

PT 10.3.3 native with HD license

Just reproduced this on my Windows system. Browsing the PDF is fine. Searching it causes the issue. Looking further into it.

Yes, I am seeing it on Two Mac Pro's with OS 10.6.8 Snow Leopard, but not on MacBook Pro's with OS 10.7...
