Default headphones fron + rear panel on Mbox

hi. i have noticed that when i try to hook up headphones on the front headphone output and speakers (or headphones) on the rear headphone output , that only one works at a time.

how can one hook up two pairs of headphones to an mbox?

It's a shortcoming of the MBox that only one headphone jack can be used at a time. I wish it weren't that way. The only way to use multiple sets of headphones is to split it with something like a headphone distribution amp.
