Default DAE Error-9060 Was Encountered

After 1 1/2 years of no problem ProTooling, I now get these 9060 errors on all drives, and even the "DALWDM Error:Please tell Digidesign about this. Map Buffer Globally failed."

I did a fresh install of everything, and Low Level formatted my C drive....Still having problems...

Nothing is running accept explorer & PTLE...

The computer was built for Digi 001 and worked fine for a year and a half...

I use this in the studio 5 days a week solid, usualy 6-8 hours a day.

If anyone has any sugguestions I would be very gratefull...

P.S. I did a search for the error and every post was for Mac's with firewire drives...I don't have either...3 Maxtor 7200, 1 Western Digital 7200

Hi,
I have seen the MapBufferGloballyFailed error message when more than 512MB was installed. It was solved by removing memory.

Did you (or someone else) add memory recently?

Mark

I did add a 256 stick for a total of 512, do you think the new stick of ram might be flakey?
