Is there a way to load waves presets from WAVES, Pensado, Lillywhite, etc so that they are permanently attached to the plugin.... as apposed to in every session loading them over and over again?

Yes, once loaded save them

either using the waves presets folder or the Pro Tools presets folder, either one will do then you can recall them in any session.

Why can't there be a installer or the new ones added to the installer for the plugins...
