NO virus indigo AAX

Hi everybody,

just wanted to share these bad news. I asked the ACCESS-Support about a virus indigo AAX. That`s their reply:

"The new ProTools hardware uses different chips than the old one (which were the same chips we used for our Virus models back then), so there won't be an Indigo TDM version for AAX."

But WAVES told me that they WILL support AAX in future!!!

That`s their reply:

"Waves V8 plugins are supported on Pro Tools 10 via RTAS, AudioSuite, and TDM.

AAX is not officially supported at this time, but will be at a later date."

Yeah, but you are in HD / HDX forum now and in million of other threads you can read that Waves is just confirming AAX native.
