Error 607 and cannot import audio

Hi everyone,

I m new to pro tools and just ran into this problem. After update my computer system, I no longer am able to import audio files.



Could not complete the Import Audio command because Assertion in "/Volumes/Development/Code/203409/ProTools/NewFileLibs/Cfd/MacOS/Cfd_ImportAudioDialogMacOS.mm", line 607.

Anyone knows how to solve this?

We need little more info, like what's your computer and interface spec and which version numbers of software you are using.

My computer is mac Book pro on macOS High Sierra 10.13.1.
Avid Pro tools version 12.8 .

High Sierra has not yet been approved by Avid and PT 12.8.0 has hever happened

Please update to 12.8.3, which is qualified with High Sierra.
