Default Re: Avid store appears to be down/lagged... must be all those people NOT buying PT10

Interestingly enough I think I may have felt some aftershocks or something here in Cleveland. My desk chair vibrated oddly for 5 seconds or so about 5 minutes apart. Certainly not normal. I would be surprised if a 4.0 would travel this far though. Weird. This was about half an hour ago now. Very distinct but faint.

Hi All,

One way to pay less for your Pro Tools HD 10 software upgrade is to purchase an Avid Standard Support Contract for $599.

Avid Standard Support provides business hours support and access to software updates.

5 x 9 assisted support
7 x 24 access to online knowledge base and product forums
Software updates and patchesn
Optional: Remote diagnosis via customer allowed connection
Optional: Access to scheduled onsite support - 7 business days (fees apply)1

This is a great deal for professionals that want to upgrade their software. For example, had you purchased a support contract last November, you would have received both the Pro Tools HD 9 and Pro Tools HD 10 as part of your support contract. Plus you get all of the other benefits listed above.

Talk to your dealer about it.
