VST's in Live rewired

Hey guys. I've got a session going in Ableton Live and a few of the instruments are Kontakt 2 as a VST plug-in. When Live runs in rewire, you can't use VST's. How can I get these tracks into Pro Tools? Can I export the MIDI possibly, or can I bounce them to and audio loop within Live? I'm a noob when it comes to ableton, and I haven't really used rewire very much. Thanks for any help
