Default 2 SATA WD Raptor and External Firewire OSX drive ?
Anyone try this, putting 2 SATA WD Raptor 74 GB 10,000 RPM drives in the 2 bays inside a G5, and running OSX from an external firewire 800 LaCie drive ? Thinking about doing this to boost track count and editing speed.

You could get a TrayDock from WiebeTech and have external Raptors. FW800 shouldn't be the bottleneck there.

Running an HD3 Accel no room inside for any of those options.
