Product not listed in My Products

I recently bought Pro Tools EDU from Thomann.de and successfully provided evidence of my student status, for which AVID gave me 'Download Code'.

But when I visit https://my.avid.com/products#MyProducts in order to download the software, I have the message "You do not own any products under this account yet."

Would be grateful for any help, as I was hoping to start recording very soon

I see the product in your account so it looks like you were able to redeem it shortly after posting. Note that you now also have a Create A Case link for your product in Access The Support Center > Equipment if you need assisted support.
