Bad usb cable may be the problem
Apparently some USB cables coming with the 11R are broken and cause noise, so change that if you're having problems there.

Experience has taught me and my colleagues that despite USB being a solid digital protocol, it can be guilty of some illogical situations.
Often a new quality cable can work wonders. |

Shortest one that works is the best.
Just like the old saying, if you buy the cheapest one available, you get the cheapest one available. |
