Pro Tools 11.0.3 with 003Rack MTC out issue

Dear All,
I'm try to clean install os x 10.8.4 and then install PT 11.0.3 with lastest 003 driver version 11.1 I'm set MTC Generator port to Avid 003 Rack Port 1
when I play in first time it's have MTC sinal output and when i stop and play again it's no MTC signal.
I'm try to delete preferene and database it's same problem and I'm try to clean install OS X and PT in 2 time it's same problem but I'm try to use with M Audio Fast Track Ultra it's no problem.

then I'm copy my data session to other computer with PT 10.3 and same 003Rack it's no problem

How can I fix with this issue?

can some one if you have PT11 and 003 Rack please test Midi time code for me please,

I would like to know it's bug or not.

Did you find a solution? seams i have the sam Problem with PT11 and my DIGI003.

I can record a external audio signal on an audio track. The Signal is triggered over my USB-Midi-Keyboard. The Digi003 is connected over a MIDI Cable with my virus TI and it's working fine for exactly one recording. Thesecond recording wont work. I have to restart my interface and it's working well again for once.
Strange is that if i'm paralell recording the midi track, the midi track is working always and triggers the keys. That seams for my that nothing is wrong with the configuration.
