Default Is there a workaround for using iZotope Stutter Edit with delay compensation?

Is there a workaround for using midi-based effects plugins like Stutter Edit with delay compensation? When using Stutter Edit in a session that has massive amounts of plugin delay compensation, the triggering of the plugin is delayed a lot and off beat. Some notes you can get away with, but there are certain effects that absolutely must be on time and this plugin does not get compensated.

So the workaround I've been using sometimes is freezing all the tracks that are causing plugin delay, but then you lose the ability to edit those clips.

Another workaround is to freeze all the delayed tracks, render the stutter edit, then unfreeze. But when you are applying the stutter edit to the entire beat, you and up having to commit your whole beat mix and then some how undo all of that if you need to tweak a drum or instrument, then redo the stutter edit.

So does anyone have any methods of using Stutter Edit on beat in a mix with other plugins that cause a lot of delay (UAD)?

Have you tried manually inputting a negative value on the +/- delay offset box? https://youtu.be/rkIFnUxOAAM

The problem with that in my case is the by doing this, it would delay the entire beat all of the time, which I don't want. The problem is that plugin is manipulating the audio in reference to the grid, but since there is heavy delay compensation from other plugins, the audio isn't actually playing back in exact timing with the grid. So the plugin is thrown off. Maybe nudging all of the audio would help.
