Artist Mix Only Stays Connected for about 20 seconds.

Frustrating thing is Artist Transport Stays connected whatever I do!

So far I have:
1. Updated the firmware & EuControl to latest
2. Turned on Artist series first then Eucon App, then Pro tools.
3. Stopped & Started Eucon Apps/Services (with Protools off). In system prefs and in the EuControl App.
4. Locked both the Transport and Mix to PT10.3.7 in EuControl App.
5. Assigned Static IPs to Router, Transport & Mix (gone back to DHCP because it made no difference).
6. Tried a Different Router & various combinations which order they are plugged into it.
7. Seen the Processes in Bonjour Browser (Transport Stays, Mix goes after about 20 Seconds).
8. Even tried dragging the protools app into the EUCON prefs to see if HUI settings would do anything, nothing.
9. Turned off APP NAP for PT10 also just in case.

So every time the Artist Mix hangs, it won't turn off or respond so have to unplug and start it up again. Connects straight away then loses it again after a short time.

What's got me stumped is the Artist Transport is solid, never loses connection and works great!

If only I could get the MIX to do the same I'd love it!!

Anything I've missed or and suggestions on what to do?

Have turned off OSX firewall and done a hardware test of both pieces of gear.
No change.

Seriously, anyone have any ideas?

Have tried vers 2.7.1 & 3.1.2 - stays a bit longer with 3.1.2 but still hangs in less than a minute.

Does anyone think it could be a hardware issue? worth bringing it back for a new one? or are they actually this unreliable?

Transport still rock solid.

Thanks for the suggestion, it failed on self test after a couple of minutes, so I had another power supply (switchable) handy and put that onto it and it failed again after a couple of minutes.

So now I've put it into regular hardware test mode and it fails within a minute of constant testing.

I'm concluding that its a hardware fault.

It's fine, I've actually only had it a few days, bringing it back to the shop for replacement today.

Just a quick update for anyone interested...

I've received my new Artist Mix today and its so far completely stable and working as it should. Turns out the there was definitely a hardware fault in the last one.
