Default Mac Pro 2019: "Audio Input for Pro Tools is disabled" issue

UPDATE: Fixed.

The solution was: at some point I tried to re-sit the RAM DIMM's. After this task, (as usual) I tried reseting an NVRAM by Opt+Cmnd+P+R.
And at this time my machine didn't want to start up. The led next to the power button blinked orange color, indication that there is a problem with the memory.
I opened machine again and removed additionally installed RAM's DIMM's. After that it restarted just well. Also I could successfully perform a NVRAM reset. Started the MacPro normally.
I opened a terminal and typed again a command (which didn't work before): tccutil reset Microphone
This time it worked as it should and next time I launched Pro Tools it asked me if it should be added to the Security and Privacy / Microphone. I allowed it and now Pro Tools appeares in the Microphone window. (as well as other apps like Zoom or WhatsApp).
So in my situation it was a badly installed RAM.

So here is the case:
Mac Pro 7.1 2019 16 cores, 32 threads.
Fresh disk erase and installed "Monterey" from Recovery Mode (from Apple).
System Integrity SIP disabled (csrutil disable) in Terminal.
Installed a fresh PT Ultimate 2023.6 and HD Driver 2023.3
Latest DADman installed for working with my MTRX ST.
DVS installed.

Everything works perfect except that when launching PT is says "Audio Input for Pro Tools is disabled". It says that I need to add Pro Tools in Privacy & Security - Microphone list.

And here is the problem: no matter what I do, I can't add Pro Tools to the list (I opened the lock and entered the password).
In all other Privacy & Security lists I successfully added Pro Tools but not the Microphone.
BTW it's not just Pro Tools but any other application (e.g Zoom) which is asking for the microphone input allowance in Privacy & Security can NOT be added (either dragged into the window).
I tried every resource on internet, started in s Safe Mode, trashed PT preferences, reinstalled PT and its driver, reinstalled OS, even installed Ventura but nothing helps.

My question is: are there users on MacPro 2019 using PT 2023.6 normally and successfully added PT in Security and Privacy / Microphone?
And of course if there is a solution for this?

Many thanks.

Probably a dumb question for pro tools expert, but are you sure you are admin user?

Yes I am.
I even tried to create an extra Admin account and it didn't help.

Hello. In recovery boot.
Pull-down menu security preference,
Lessen the security to medium.
Different than SIP command line
