Instrument Expansion Pack Purchase

Just purchased Instrument Expansion Pack upgrade. I own Strike 1.0 and Structure LE. I thought I picked the IEP upgrade for Strike but when I saw my download dock it stated I purchased the IEP upgrade from Structure 1. I am very concerned after waiting 5 hours to download all of the files that it will not work b/c I have Structure LE. Should I be concerned??

You used Structure LE to validate your PTIEP Upgrade path. Whether the chosen upgrade path was Structure LE or Strike makes no difference as long as you used one of those to upgrade. Structure LE will become Structure and you will receive full versions of Strike, Velvet, Transfuser, Structure and Hybrid for $199 USD. No bad.

Update - I just contacted AVID to make sure. Since I own only Structured LE, I was told by sales that the that PTIEP I ordered as an upgrade for Structure 1.1 WILL NOT WORK. As stated earlier, thinking I clicked the PTIEP upgrade for licensed users of Strike 1.0, which I do own, I clicked the wrong upgrade for Structure 1.1. which I do not own (only LE). They refunded my money and removed the purchase from my AVID download dock. I was told that the backup disks which I also purchased are OK. I just need the correct upgrade to get the correct license. So click carefully.

Don't feel bad. Did a similar thing. I downloaded the wrong Installer too.There are like 5 choices to chose from. AVID was very cool and gave me the correct auth. for my iLok and was able to take care of it.

So it happens to the best of us.
