Difference between Bounce and Record
After finishing ITB Mixing, is there any difference between 'Bounce to disk' and Record the print master to a new track?? About the sound quality

No, but I prefer making a good old downmix to track as I can control that everything is included in the mix. The sound is the same as far as there is no bugs in Pro Tools or on the chair.
