Hi Peter, a courtesy follow-up,
giving you the benefit of the doubt that maybe our PM didn't get through,
so before we put you and your company on blast,
we'll try this one last time.

We reached out a week ago on the DUC,
since the last couple of years we have been unable to get straightforward answers from IK support.
You asked if we would take it off take our request off your promo thread
and send you a PM which we did,
and then you promptly … ignored us.

Which now matches your company's track record of blowing off our sales support request,
and even the two phone calls we placed to Florida
(yeah I know, sounding like a stalker now!)

As I mentioned earlier, we were prepping to spring for the full Total Studio Max bundle,
so we're willing to put our paypal where our whine is.

At last count our IK page shows roughly 40 products
that we have paid for and registered and this lack of support is unconscionable.

The last time it got this bad we reluctantly reached out to Dan Boatman,
who wrote back "I was able to pull the ticket and agree the response was pretty sub-par."

Feeling a little ornery,
e

I didn't ignore anything, I'll do my best to get your voice heard but I am but one person. I appreciate your patience.

Edit - also, I only received information from you so I don't know to whom "we" refers. You said "thanks for listening" which I did and I sent the info to the appropriate parties. Also, since you feel it appropriate to keep some of it public (including the odd "conversation" with musicman in the thread), please just post your ticket numbers which were not provided either in PM or here and I'll have someone take a look.

On the topic of MODO BASS, the pre-order pricing has ended, I hope those who wanted to get it were able to at that pricing. We've been receiving rave reviews from users and look forward to continuing to make it a great virtual instrument for you all.

Peter, I received your PMs
and thanked you privately for helping clear up a couple of ongoing issues.

I'm only popping up here publicly one last time
because you can't seem to just "let it go".

In your answering post, you feel the need to say you didn't ignore anything;
well I beg to differ, since I sent you the PM
and noted that, on the DUC on November 30.
Today is now December 5, almost a full week later,
and we didn't hear a peep from anyone until my little outburst this morning,
and during that week you found time to post here several times.

You then feel the need to say that you sent the info to the "appropriate parties"
as if you're passing the buck somehow;
I'm not even sure what that is supposed to mean,
and i never heard back from any "appropriate parties".

And that ties into the "odd conversation" you mention Jack and I having, because both of us have been frustrated for years, really,
with the lack of prompt and quality service, where your company has dropped the ball on several occasions, as i've already mentioned.

And yes, this does relate to Modo Bass, or Fender 2,
as Customer Service should be at the heart of all of your products...

Moving on for now,
e

Interesting, have you opened a ticket with the support team? They can do their best to recreate and get the right information to the devs to see what's going on and get the issue rectified. They can be reached at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/mi/

For those that missed out on the preorder pricing, note that we do offer a $/€199.99 crossgrade from any previously purchased product of a value of $/€99.99 or more. You can also use JamPoints to take up to 30% off of that low crossgrade price too. Check it out at http://www.modobass.com

Is there a fretless in the collection? Or is that an option in the setups?

Not at this time but it has been requested and is being considered for a future option.
