Default Hooking Up DA-16x Issues

Hello,

My main Mac died and I had to replace it recently. I have two 192's, and one Apogee DA-16x with a X-HD card. At one point I had 32 tracks running on this setup. I've removed one of the 192's as it kept losing clock source and am trying to get just 24 tracks running.

Now, I can't get any audio to come out of the DA-16. It seems to "see" it in the hardware, but no matter what, no audio is being sent that I can tell. The 192 works as expected.

I can't remember, is there some kind of setup in Pro Tools that I have to set first before this will work?

System:
Mac Tower running Snow Leopard
Pro Tools 10
1 DigiDesign 192
1 Apogee DA-16x with X-HD Card
2 Accel Cards

Yes, I have ProTools running on the Ilok. Pro Tools runs, and seems to see the Apogee.

Both cards pass digitest?

After that I would default my io and start hacking around in there to find the problem areas

Most issues are resolved by defaulting the io after reinstalls ect

Yes, I ran the digitest and the cards passed. It didn't like the Apogee but I guess that's expected.

When you say "defaulting" the IO, do you mean just hitting the "Default" button?
