Default Re: Error - One or more activation locations are not accessible

I had this very problem today with the same error message.

To solve it, I downloaded iLok License Manager on a computer that I no longer wish to use Pro Tools First on. When following the prompts on the iLok License Manager, I was able to deactivate the license on my old computer thereby allowing my new computer to use Pro Tools First once again.

That should solve the problem for you.
