Lowering the Rears by 6db made it pretty nice now.

Does it make any difference if i use a 1OA Track or a QUAD? Sound seems ident.

No, 1OA vs Quad makes no difference, it's still just 4 channels of audio, it's more to do with channel labelling upon Bounce to Disk, and internal routing (say a 1OA to 2OA or 3OA upmix plugin etc).
