Transposition not required ....and more

Dears all
This is my problem :
Just add some scores from Sibelius : if i open one of this and select a part ( piano, vlni etc ) at the next opening i just get the score in question self transposed .
I have to force reset my changes ( ???? ) to get the original key.
This is very annoying , is there a solution to avoid this ?
Also I get a lot of Scorch crashes trying to open the scores from Sibelius.
And also I get the sib docs reporting the original midi file name . ( I'm importing midi file from Logic Pro in Sibelius ).
Any suggestion ?
