Exclamation Please help!!!

Hi..I'm getting this message: "DAE can't get audio from the drive(s) fast enough. Your drive may be too slow or fragmented, or a FireWire drive could be having trouble due to the extra FireWire bandwidth or CPU load. (-9073)".

This is happening when i'm playing any imported MP3 in a 8 track session. All other tracks are empty. It happens more frequently if i arm one of the vocal tracks. Pls note that, i have all the plug-in insertions inactive. PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT TO DO!!!

My system:

OS Win7 64bit ultimate.
Protools: Protools LE 8.0.5
Mobo: Intel media series DZ68DB(Via chipset)
Processor: corei7 2600 3.4ghz
Ram: transcend 16gm ddr3 1333bus
HDD: Western Digital 1TB 7200 RPM 32 MB Cache (One for System and PT, other for PT Sessions)
Power supply: 750w thermaltake
Graphics: XFX Radeon HD5450 2GB DDR3
Firewire: SIIG FireWire PCI Card

Via chipsets can be trouble, as can integrated graphics. You should review all the system tweaks as well. Which WD drives? Are they the "green" version?(bad idea for Pro Tools). Are the drives setup(in BIOS) as AHCI or as IDE? What interface?

I disabled all integrated graphics and Sound. The Hard drives are Black Caviar.
I'm sure they aren't Green. The drives are setup as IDE, using the sata connectivity. I tried all the tweaks i know....

Pls suggest........is it the VIA chipset MOBO??? Damn...
