Channel 3's preamp gone bad - Avid Pro Audio Community

Channel 3\'s preamp gone bad

I have little to no signal on channel 3 of my C24. When I raise the gain on the pre the signal gets real scratchy. I have tried mic and line inputs and both were the same. Any suggestions before contacting Digi support?
