Anyone with a Roland XP-60 keyboard...
I have a client who brought his XP-60 thru to try and dump some beats to Pro Tools but I can't get the keyboard to sync up wit the Digi. The XP-60 is an older piece so I wonder if that has anything to do wit the sync problem I'm having

the xp 60 should be able to sync perfectly. you have to set the internal clock to external and make sure the digi is transmitting midi beat clock

I have an XP-80. No problems here. If you want a quick easy way. Just save his beats as midi files, save them to a disk, then import them to Pro Tools. Works like a charm.
