Default How do I play to a track without recording it?

I would like to audition my takes without having to record them every time. To be more specific, I would like to practice playing to drum beats in pro tools but the fact that I have to record the take make's me concerned about disk usage and is overall just a big inconvenience. I'm using windows 7 and pro tools 8.04. Anyone have a solution to my problem?

I just figured it out from reading some other posts. Go to "track" the select "input only monitoring" and you'll be all set.
