Please dont charge us twice for the "same plug in" TDM & then RTAS

Not sure what you mean. If you buy a TDM plug-in now, you get the Audiosuite version free, and you'll also get the RTAS version with it if there is one.
Same thing if you buy an RTAS plug-in, if there is also an AudioSuite version, you will get that as well. RTAS plug-ins won't run on anything but Pro Tools Le, so I'm not sure I understand your question.
