HOW? Space is included with the Pro Tools and Pro Tools | HD All Access Bundle which I have there's nothing in the ilok other than my perpetual hd 12 "If you have an active "Pro Tools Plan" or "Pro Tools HD Plan" iLok license, install Space 12.1/later" So what I have is not a protools hd plan? so confused here

I see another iLok (serial # ends with F) which only has a Pro Tools Perpetual Bundle (with 10/11/12). Using this iLok would not authorize Space 12.1. You also have additional iLoks with older Pro Tools licenses and those have Pro Tools Plan licenses as well. Please make sure you have a Plan license activated to the iLok along with the Pro Tools license so that you can use Space in Pro Tools. If you still cannot solve this it might be best to start a case with Avid CS for assisted troubleshooting.

Called avid up says everything is good with my license-
so..... I deleted space / uninstall space then deleted prefs opened blank project.... there it was opened a work in progress project there is wasn't.....why? ugggg

The project I have was created in 12.2 I opened in 12.8
I cant see the space plug in
