Digi 002 Rack Hardware Problems

Yo, this is my first post, unfortunately not a good one.

My Digi 002 Rack is having the power cycling/booting problem. I turn it on and it just clicks on and off. I went to my dealer and they were super cool, gave me a loaner (full Digi002) until I get the issue resolved. I was told it was a known issue, and that I could call in and would be sent out some new ribbon cables to put inside to fix the issue. Is this correct? What is the correct process (number, info required etc...) to get this part sent to me? Any help is greatly appreciated. Trying to finish mixing on my bands album is seriously being delayed. Thanks in advance.
