Default sampletank effects with pro tools audio

whats up guys

is there a way to use sampletank effects on pro tools audio, maybe wire the aux to a certain bus, that's picked up by the audio channel. im very new to PT and i'm still learning, so I'm not sure how to work these busses and patch them correctly. i've used sampletank before, just wondering if there was some kind of off the wall trick to get them to work, i need more effects!!

thanks guys

nana
