Hello.
AVID HD I/O Flashing LED (CONF D1) on the digital board.
When the computer is turned off - the LED stays on.
- is this normal?

I think if the unit is powered on the blinking light is normal. My avid HD native card does the same thing, but when the unit's are powered off the light should go out. One feature I like about the HD I/O is how the unit goes to sleep with the computer. A small thing but a lot of my other units don't do that.

Depending upon when you purchased your unit, support is free for a short while but after that you have to pay for a support plan at the Avid sight.
