Default MP3 export causes crash

I installed PT (upgraded from 9) on my new refurb MBP.

I can't export mp3s - when I attempt to do this I get a PACE message saying 'License days remaining: 0'. When I cancel this message PT then crashes.

I have tried reinstalling the ilok drivers & also uninstalling & reinstalling PT10 but to no avail - any ideas?

Looks like installing the most recent ilok drivers may help.

Actually, just saw that thread was for Windows and you're on Mac. You might try installing the latest ilok software.

Thanks. I've tried reinstalling the ilok license manager which contains installs the ilok drivers but it didn't help. I'm on a mac not a PC. Any other ideas?

I'm not sure if this will help, since I don't see a trial license installed on your physical iLok:

What exact version number of Pro Tools 10 (and 11, if you installed that as well) do you have on your system?

You can also try manually deleting this file:
/Applications/Avid/Pro Tools/Codecs/MP3/MP3.bundle

...then installing Pro Tools 10.3.7, the latest version, which should install the MP3.bundle v10.3.7. There is sticky post in the Pro Tools 10 forum with the link to that update, as well as in the Technical Alerts forum.
