I saw this and immediately got a heartbeat of hope. When changes happen at the top the trickle down is quite profound. Hopefully the new top person is a turnaround person who works WITH US. I am in Sr. Level admin at a hospital system. And I would not hire on unless I had 50% of my days with direct care; Bc THEY are who pay US. I make sure I take care of my staff with equal caring and work as hard as anyone who works for me. I had a fantastic leader/mentor and I mirror his techniques. People don't quit jobs, they quit bosses. Hopefully the new boss will kick it!

Hate to be a Debbie downer, but the same things were being said when the CEO position changed the last two times.
I’d love to be proven wrong, but history doesn’t give me much hope. For me, the only way significant changes will happen is if this company is sold to a private entity. Anyhoo... fingers crossed for better days ahead! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
