Hi Eddie,

Pro Tools 2018.10 didn't fix this problem, so I assume it is a Eucon issue. When can we expect an update to Eucontrol?

To all others: I found another way to bring them back quickly. Just hit cmd-ctrl-arrow left and then cmd-ctrl-arrow right on any audio track. This will temporarily change the track view to playlist and triggers Pro Tools to redraw the tracks.
