Default Class action lawsuit

How many thousands of people have to have unsolvable problems with the MBOX3 before somebody sues these immoral thugs? Hmmmmm?

Just curious. How the hell is this company in business? Why do we put up with this?

Just thought I'd ask. If any is starting one I'd like in on it because this $600 door stop just ruined me financially.

How do the employees of this company sleep at night?

I think if anyone was they probably wouldn't come here to discuss it.

Meaning, no. If anyone were serious about your inquiry they wouldn't be dumb enough to discuss it on the company web forum. That's like squatting in the lobby and demanding one the employees to wipe your ass. FYI, class action lawsuits benefit the winning lawyers. Never the people involved, as the people are used to fund and fuel the ammunition for the lawyers. Unless your sole purpose in life is to try to proverbially kick the company or group in the face.

This. ^

If you're having problems with a product... get a new one.

You can't sue a company for making a product you aren't happy with.

If it caught on fire and burned down your studio... that'd be one thing. If you can't seem to make it work on your computer (and haven't even asked for help say... on this forum), then you're barking up the wrong tree.

Besides... if spending $600 ruined you financially, you need to find a new profession.

What was wrong with your MBOX?

I don't know about the U.S but you should most probably contact a cosumer association to get adivice.

But I'd like to know what was wrong with your MBOX?
