You would need to contact our support team directly and they can take a look directly at your account and advise you on the next steps. They can be reached at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support Especially since buying from us it would look at your account that you logged in with and offer you the proper option. If you purchased through Sweetwater, that could explain being able to buy the incorrect version but it sounds like you did purchase directly from us.

Things are going blazing fast here (I'm remote, not in IK offices), and we use a third party that has been (thankfully) terrific today so I'd contact support who can check with I.T. and the download service but also help troubleshoot any network issues or challenges that may be causing this somewhere along the way.

I need to download this to my office computer then move it to the studio which is not online. I don't want an installation on the office computer though.

I haven't been able to find the answer to this in the instructions.

I just went to bed and let it run. Finally finished downloading. It wasn't on my end because I purchased and downloaded the latest Lamb Of God documentary and it (1.5GB) downloaded in a couple of minutes while it took about 3 hours to d/l that much from the SampleTank Library.

It's all done now, so I can finally install.

You should be able to do that. Once you register ST3 in the license manager it will let you download the installer. And then you can go into your IK account and download the libraries.

Just move those over and install on the Studio pc, offline activation is covered in the manual, but I'm sure you already know how to do that.

Thanks Brian. I was trying not to install the license manager on the office PC, but I guess that's unavoidable.
