Hi guys, might be a long shot, but I purchased PT10 Academic and activated on the 27th of November, 2011. I was offered the 4 year upgrade and subsequently received the licence to PT11. However, I never received a licence to PT12.

PT12 (12.3.1) appears under "My Products and Subscriptions", but there is no licence on my iLok account.

I am having this same issue and the Avid site isn't even letting me open a support case.
