mbox vs 002r
what is the main differnces betweem these two, other then more recordable traxs? I was thinking of upgrading to the 002r but I am a little uncertain if there are any real differnces.
Any help would be welcomed... |

Here are a few reasons to go with the 002r over the Mbox:
More I/O Higher-quality Audio MIDI I/O Monitor Section I would think that the increased I/O alone would be a good reason, but i guess that isn't always the case. The only real problem i cans ee with a 002 is the power harness issue, but that's very quickly and easily resolved. |

The firewire 002R doesn't suffer from the latency of the USB M-Box, either.
Nice pres in the M-Box, great tool for a voice-over artist, maybe. For performance and versatility, I like the 002R. MR

Low Latency mode is real handy (Mbox does not have it)
