I would also swap for a good SSD for the C: drive(going from a spinner to a Samsung 850 EVO made a big improvement in performance for me). My socket 1366 rig also ran much better with 48GB of G. Skill Ripsaw RAM over the 12GB of Corsair that was in it, but your 24GB should be plenty(I needed to run at a 64 buffer for tracking bands).
Well, if I ever needed to jump to 48gig of Ram, it'd be pretty, just swap out the 6 4gig cards I have now with 6 8gig cards. But, I don't foresee issues with 24gig...at least yet.

We have done some TV show series music for a pretty cool cop show a few times and used 16GB with 3 Samsung 850 SSD Pro drives in a Thunderbolt casing, yes on Mac but looking at your specs the PC you use and the Mac we had at the time look pretty similar in specs except the spinner drives But I am very sure 24GB will be very sufficient for the work you describe. Disk Cache in PT will take alot away from the RAM and drive seek and maybe even the CPU so I would not spend money right now. If you get a nice paycheck later on and it is money you can reinvest in studio gear I would get a brand new killer PC if PC is your prefered compuer but for now stay put and looking at the Sandra it looks just fine.

If and only IF you feel that the computer is giving in then you can look at swapping stuff but remember that you might have to start buying motyerboards and whatnot to replace stuff.

All The Best and I wish You all Luck in the World !!! It is gonna be fun I know that
