Default Database Item Date Out Of Range

Trying to mess around with Pro Tools First and it opened a couple times. Then the clock on my computer got off and I tried to open again and it gave me this error:

Pro Tools failed to start because of an error.
Database item date out of range.

So I fixed my clock and tried again. Now the error persists. I uninstalled and deleted all leftover files, then reinstalled. Still having the same issue. Anyone?? This problem has come up before in another thread but was never resolved.
