Couldn't find your account based on your DUC email, but please check the Release Limit date on your license (right+click > Show Details in iLok License Manager) to make sure the date is after the release date of your installed version of Pro Tools. If still having trouble, please start a case in my.avid.com > Access The Support Center > Equipment.

Hi Jeffro and thank you. my account mail its another, it's -----. the Realese Limit date its all OK. I already have a case opened in the ASC since 5 days ago and nobody answer me yet.

I just had this happen to me mid session. Random Pace error notice and My license disappeared after updating to 2020.9 and opening a project. the only one that shows is one that says it expired in April of 2020, which my plan expires April 2021. I have submitted a ticket but hopefully posting here will speed that process since I have a deadline to meet and now cant use pro tools at all.

edit 1:
I went into my Avid Link and noticed there was a redeem code for "SW DL,UPG/SUP PRO TOOLS PER V2" I activated it....and nothing changed. It did not deposit or update my iLok account and now shows a random product in my products page.

Got the same problem last week. My Ultimate Perpetual Pro Tools authorization suddenly vanished from iLok key and iLok account when I was working... I started a case, contacted iLok... 3 hours later it reappeared... What the hell ??

Hi Jeffro,

I just opened a case, exactly the same issue, I opened my ilok licence manager and upon refreshing my Pro Tools perpetual licence was gone, and now Pro Tools doesn't launch.. and got deadlines.. help please!

Default Installed 2020.11 and iLok license disappeared...

Strangest thing... I just did a session using this iLok a day ago running 2020.9 and all was OK. Installed .11 and opened it... the ONLY way it would run was authorizing most of my plugins using iLok cloud. Will check for iLok driver updates, but it all seems good. License has absolutely left my iLok account however. At least I had paid for Zero DownTime and will reach out to iLok.

Anyone else had issues after updating? Deleted all previous prefs and everything... other than that, seems a little speedier and uses less resources than I remember.

Just checked iLok info and it says the license has "been surrendered from all locations", even though the renewal date is Jan 22. Any ideas?
