Default Pro Tools Le 6.9.2 Crashes on Specific Events

It normally doesnt do this and has been lately. Just unexpectadly quitting if

1. I record, press apple z to undo and then hit record again
2. bounce, at the very end of the bounce it will shut off
3. quit, if i save and then quit, as its quitting it will say that it unexpectedly quit

i have re installed already and it is still happening
