Soft Keys Go Unresponsive

Sometimes my soft keys (iPad and Dock buttons) go unresponsive. If I bank to the next page and bank back they work again. It happens twice a day or so. Not fatal but annoying. I'm on Eucon3.7, Sierra 10.12.6 and PT 12.8.3

Yes, this is happening to me also. It was supposed to be fixed a couple of versions ago and it is definitely better than it used to be, but still not quite right.

this sounds like a different issue to what was fixed in 3.7. I'll try and reproduce. Any particular Softkeys or page ?

Hi Eddie,
On the surface, it actually feels very similar to the previous issue.

To reenable the buttons on the dock surface, you need to hit the "Softkeys" button twice to get things active again. (all of the buttons between the white lines of the Docks surface)

When this happened before the iPad Softkeys still worked but the first post above says they dont now ?

Mmmm, the iPad soft keys appear to continue to work here. Just the buttons don't

If that's the case it's probably the same issue

Neither the soft keys on the ipad or the set just below the ipad will work. The fader still works. I then just page to the next set of soft keys and page back and they come to life.

I missed this before. Yesterday I was starting to think I have a bad unit. I couldn't get any of the dock keys to respond. I did a full restart. If it happens again, I'll try hitting the soft keys button twice.

I get the same issue, it's been like this always. You have to toggle the soft keys button to get them to work. It's a pain
