AUDIOSUITE NOT PROCESSING

why me man? I process a wave file in protools,e.g. reverse, and the wave doesnt change. The sound doesnt change either. All the RTAS plugins work fine. In fact when i hit preview on the audiosuite, i hear the new effect but when i process, i seems to get processed but when i play back, nothing changes.

I dont know if it has to do since i uninstalled the waves gold demo but it seemed to happen since then

I uninstalled protools, reinstalled the win98 driver for digi001, reinstalled protools but no luck. this always happens to me man.

I know when I use nomalize for instance there are several selections to ;create a new file ; or overwrite file; add to playlist ; etc. I was thinking maybe your file is being created but not being put into your project..check your folder with IMPORT AUDIO or check the file management popin screen to se if the file is there.

I agree with bryanbassett.
Make sure that you have 'use in playlist' selected.
If you do not, a new processed file is created but it is only present in your audio regions list but not placed in the track.
