I’m sure it’s mostly for financial reasons that I have it doesn’t put much R&D into the Windows version. Most people, like myself, who started using ProTools on windows, will get frustrated and eventually switch to Mac. And then be frustrated for different reasons, like the constant compatibility war between new macOS versions and ProTools versions and the increasing requirement for more and more round and CPU power of that apple now prevents people from upgrading on their pwn.
