Application Manager does not sync

Hi,

we have a valid license for HD Ultimate updates.

But the Application Manager does not show us the updates which are avaiable.

The last version is PT 2018.12 and there is no update avaiable.

Logging out and logging in has not solved the problem.

Maybe someome knows a hint?
