Flashing Blue Power Light (Mbox 3rd generation)

Hello,

I plugged in my Mbox (3rd Generation) today, but the blue power light is flashing (instead of shining solid blue), and my MacBook Pro won't sense the Mbox at all. Any ideas?

I'm using a MacBook Pro (13") with a 2.3 GHz Intel Core i5, running OS X 10.6.8 Snow Leopard. I have Pro Tools 9.0.6 installed on my system, along with Melodyne (version 3.2.2.2.)

As I bought Pro Tools from Sweetwater, I called Sweetwater Tech Support to try to find a solution to the problem. As it turns out, the glitch is caused by "FileVault", a Mac application that sometimes messes around with Pro Tools. I turned FileVault off, and the problem was solved. Hope this helps!
