Probably not. The last version of PT 8 was 8.0.5, and will run nicely on Win 7-64. But you might try it in Win 7 compatibility mode, if you indeed have that option. You'd actually want to install 8.0.3, then run the 8.0.5 updater, and forget 8.0.4. But. It didn't work worth a hoot for me on Win 8.1 Pro, so I wouldn't expect it to work any better on Win 10.
This could also be an interface-specific issue, since early versions of PT like this were tied to the hardware, and there might not be a Win 10 driver. What interface are you using? Last edited by sw rec; 02-02-2017 at 03:59 AM.
