Default Changed Credit Card number-Subscription Expired

Hi,

Had my credit card stolen, changed the number and forgot to update the number on my Pro Tools account.

Account expired on Dec 6, 2018. Today, Dec 9, 2018, I updated my account with the new credit card number. But my account has not updated...

I was able to refresh my iLok stuff, but am concerned about my Pro Tools license and support access. Tried to call support today, but they tell me that my ID is no longer valid for service.

Will this eventually sort itself out, or do I need to try to get through to service?

Thanks in advance.
