PT don't see Control 24 on Win7 64

Hi!
I have a strange problem. PT 8 don't see Control 24 on Win 7 64 bit. Under WinXP on the same machine all to work properly. After attempt to connect Ethernet port I receive this message: DigiNet32.dll - could not open service. And after : " An error occurred while trying to establish Ethernet connections". I have checked up presence of files (DigiNet32.dll,Diginet.inf), Digidesign Ethernet Protocol. All on the places.
Somebody knows the decision this problem? Please help me.
My machine is ASUS P7P55D Intel Core i7 2.93 GHz 8Gb ATI Radeon 5400

When you say WinXP on the same machine..... is this computer configured as a dual-boot -or- did you upgrade to Win7 and replace XP?

Are you sure that the network port on the computer itself is functioning correctly on the computer before even diving into the Control24? I am not aware of the Control24 not being able to function under Win7 64-bit BUT I have been out of the loop for awhile.

Yes! My the network port on the computer itself is functioning correctly.It is connected in HUB and I can see other computers in a network. Precisely also I work on WinXP. I change nothing.

If you're using a HUB, disconnect it and plug directly in---- and again I assume (and you may have said) that you tried ALL ports in the Peripherals screen? EN0, EN1, and EN2?

Thanks for the help! Today I have solved problem.I did not know what I must run as Admin for to open РТ . I am not familiar with Win7 probably therefore have made a mistake.

I just upgraded to Win7 64bit and had this exact same issue. PT would search the ethernet controller, but it wouldn't see the Control 24. After trying every different option in the book, I decided to reboot the power on the Control 24. I was immediately able to re-search the ethernet controller and the Control 24 was visible!
